Reorder and manage newPipe tabs from home screen

Describe the feature you want

The idea is to simply long press on any tab and while holding it we can drag it left and right to reorder it. if the long press was released a context menu would show up below with the option to delete tab, add a new tab, manage tabs (acting as a shortcut to settings).... etc.
tabbing the back button or anywhere else on the screen will make the menu vanish.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

newPipe is increasingly giving more options to what items can be added as tabs, such as playlists and channels. this has changed the tabs bar to a user hot area, and thus we need it to be easily customizable.

Additional context

How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?

This would make it a lot easier and faster to customize the tab bar, instead of diving into the settings menu each time we want to change something.
