Stale Profile Photo on update #254

Describe the bug
When a user edits their profile and uploads a new profile image, the profile page does not update with the new image.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to /profile
Click on 'EDIT'
Scroll down to 'Profile Photo' and click on 'Choose File'. Select an image. Click 'save changes'.
The profile page loads with the old profile image.

Expected behavior
The newly uploaded image shows as the profile photo.
