Can this be built for Windows using the command line? I have tried make and msbuild with no luck.

@svnpenn You've probably already solved this, but I just want to report that I had successfully built mp4v2 in cygwin, about a month ago. Details are fuzzy, but if you are interested I'll check and report back.

@nicholaelaw I am interested, however I want a native build using mingw64-x86_64-gcc-g++ if possible

@svnpenn I checked with my Cygwin setup, I'm afraid I built it with gcc-g++, version 4.9.3-1. Don't know about mingw64-x86_64-gcc-g++ though, I'll experiment a little.

Also, I think make (4.1-1) and cmake (3.3.2-1) are necessary. Cygwin should take care of any denpendencies.
