With BlueMap's new feature BlueMap-Minecraft/BlueMap#353, the ImageUtils#Recolour() command needs to be updated to support transparency.
Otherwise it'll look like this:

This is not a problem yet, but it will be once the next BlueMap version is out, so this should be fixed by then.
