Video previews only display 10 seconds

Description

Since the last two updates, video previews stopped playing the entire video, only the first 10 seconds

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open telegram on iPhone
2. Open a channel/private message with an attached video
3. Wait for the video to load (if it hasn't been loaded before)

Actual Behavior

Currently, when opening a channel or private message with an attached video, the video preview only displays the first 10 seconds, even if the video is 12 seconds long

Expected Behavior

Depending on the video loading settings (for example, if video loading up to 100MB is allowed, then this video is fully loaded), the video preview may also play in full.
