Add an item to the icon context menu: Clear cache and reload page

It may be not suitable to have Reload current tab option permanently set. But sometimes one can be still in need to reload the current page after clearing the cache. Right-click menu item that allows to do that would be a good impovement.

By the way the link to the homepage on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/4202863/?utm_source=firefox-browser&utm_medium=firefox-browser&utm_content=addons-manager-user-profile-link doesn't work.

It would be even better to add the same item to the browser page context menu, too.
