hi, i have a question about stereo-seq dataset.
How did you select samples in the reference dataset, which retained 113,488 cells, 152 cell types?

Thanks for your interests in our work. For the reference dataset, we select cell types which should appear in the corresponding region of the 3 slices of the stereo-seq data.
