  1. 多个目录的同步日志打在一起, 无法识别
handle department: xxxxx<5168a069a61c0a92b007596da2e940dfc051091e1264723e95249693a5c998e2> (1280/1327)
  1. 有报错, 目前无法快速定位, 需要捞全局日志(sentry有报错, 但是难以确定是不是导致同步失败的原因)
