Describe the bug
The format for dc.date.issued in the DSpaceMETS export is currently formatted as Month YYYY (e.g. December 2024).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create submission containing Graduation Semester
  2. Go to List view
  3. In the sidebar select Download Export
  4. In the modal select DSpaceMETS
  5. Select Download Export

Expected behavior
The format for dc.date.issued in the DSpaceMETS export needs to be in a numerical format beginning with the year (e.g. YYYY-MM).
