Links listed in a goal to have a href and clickable. Preferably to link text .

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried adding an anchor tag but it was ignored and shown on the page.

Similar question for this as in... #585 (#585 (comment))... sounds like you would like to be able to include HTML in the goals and have the site render that HTML?
