Issue when the user removes the full name from their profile

Describe the bug: As a Raven user, I go to the profile and remove the full name, and I am able to save the empty field. However, when I refresh the page, my previous full name reappears.

Expected behaviour: If the user removes the full name, the save button should be disabled. It should only be enabled when the user enters something.
