I have updated the Raven app to the latest build to test out the Chat Layout feature and have found the following issues:

Post installation, in the Appearance settings page, the option for the Chat Layout is not shown
When we access the User through the Raven User doctype, the chat layout option is not populated. Once, we set it to Simple or Left-Right, then it shows up in the Settings page

I think we need to assign a default value to all users during installation/migration to set this right.
