Formatted text sent as plain text when sent in Quote format.

Defect Description : 

Formatted text not maintained when written as a Quote.

Steps To Reproduce :

1. Click on a DM.
2. Write a text in Quote format and write bold, italic, highlight text, numbered list, etc
3. Send

Actual behaviour : 

Formatted text to be sent as it was written.

Expected behaviour: 

Formatted text as a quote is sent as plain text
