stuck on a bonfire room due to arrowhead

i rolled the arrowhead as my rare relic to start off a run with. as a result i have every card but one in my deck upgraded.

i also picked up the coffee dripper as energy relic on the first floor.

as a result of this, i have only 1 option in bonfire rooms, which is to upgrade. i cant move on to the next room without upgrading first.

when i pick the option to upgrade, it first lets me upgrade my final card (reaper), and then im stuck on an empty upgrade screen triggered by arrowhead, since i have no further unupgraded cards available in my deck.
