Link existing PVE VM/CT to new WHMCS Service Billing entry

Hello, is there any functionality to linking a client to a VM?

I recently adopted the use of this module, but I have clients who already have a VM and would like to configure their profile to access the information and access the VM through WHMCS.

If this functionality does not exist, I would like to leave this implementation request.

Need to add pveid column to mod_pvewhmcs_vms table, and refer to it where it's populated - else, use id as normal.

There will be several areas to update (change to conditional), to ensure a clean transition to supporting a different PVE ID.

As this involves SQL changes, consider method for upcoming SSH Key support (#74) and potential to bundle together.
