Provide visuals showing which parts of SO and MSO align, and where they differ

I think it would help people to understand similarities and differences if there were visuals. these do not need to be fancy, e.g. just showing screenshots of the two hierarchies side by side with some explanation of why they differ, e.g:

@cmungall Sorry, just to clarify: There should be no differences in the hierarchies of the MSO and refactored SO, except that there'll be some classes only in the MSO (SDCs, occurrents) and some only the SO (e.g., reads, contigs, assemblies). However, I'm wondering if instead it'd be useful to show differences between the current SO and the refactored SO; is that what you meant?
