Launching Appimages after uninstalling AppImageLauncher crashes system.

Pre-submit checks

• I checked for similar issues beforehand, but could not find any, not even closed ones. I could not add my bug report to any existing issue.
• I am going to take the time to to fill in all the required details. I know that the bug report will be dismissed otherwise.

Describe the bug

Didn't feel i needed AppImageLauncher so i unistalled it (paru -R applmagelauncher). Rebooted and later i tried to start an AppImage and my computer just hanged. I wanted for almost 10 minutes but it was still frozen so i hade to hard shutdown my computer.
Made sure that the app was not on my system and rebooted again and then tried to start an AppImage again with the same result, computer hung up again.

The solution for right now was just to re-install AppImageLauncher and then i could launch AppImages again.****

Expected behavior

Be able to start AppImages after uninstall.
