bevy_quickstart is a semi-official template that also is hosted by TheBevyFlock. We should add direct support for it within the bevy new command. (Whether it be an "official" template, a option, or a suggestion in the documentation.)

Pretty sure adding it as a template named 2d is X-Blessed, since official adoption of bevy_quickstart is a subitem of the CLI.

With the rename to bevy_new_2d I'd say this is close-able now?
