Separate out handling of getMetadata state #49

RIght now, the getMetadata and toMp4 processing states are handled inline, making the separate states somewhat pointless.

Set up a separate processors for getMetadata and toMp4.
Both will need to download the recording but getMetadata only need the CPTV header so have it pull just the beginning of the recording to look at.
Ensure "processingStartTime" etc is handled correctly so that the two processors can act independently
