I am having issues with setting up the server

This is all that I am getting when I try to run it from the terminal and I don't know how to fix it:
Error: Unable to access jarfile paper.jar

Has anyone had this problem?

Try to retype the code wich is using in "start.bat" or "run.bat" and make sure, that in this code has name of ".JAR" file in server folder.

Make sure to rename the paper jar to paper.jar

It still didn't work

Make sure the server works without the plugin, then add the plugin afterwards.
