Ideas:

  • Tags (max. 10) for the type of activity:
  1. Raid
  2. Dungeon
  3. PvE
  4. PvP
  5. Other

  • Archive posts when they have started

  • Activity name as title

  • Format message so that the message preview only shows

  1. Emoji fullness indictor
  2. Start time
  3. Relative start time

  • Add activity image to post (as embed thumbnail)

  • Pin explanatory message or use the forum channel guidelines option, depending on how that will look

  • Disallow creating posts

  • Disallow reacting with emojis on the main message

  • React with the number of missing players (max. 9, min :full:)

  • Contemplate using headings / lists / normal text instead of embed

  • channel context menus to create / edit /delete events
