adding links on mobile, the auto-focus scrolls past duplicate warnings #987

It is easy to miss the duplicate link warning when submitting articles via mobile to osmbc. E.g. see discussion in https://osmbc.openstreetmap.de/article/28591

since the browser Auto-Focus on the title box, the page slides automatically down and I think that the duplicate box it's too high to be seen if there's only one duplicate link.
