Cannot Turn in "Cobblestone" Quest

In gated mode, on gog island. Progressed through to the part where it wants you to make a cobble generator, did so, cannot submit. When hovering over the task in the flowchart view it says 1/2 tasks complete, however, when i click on it the only task listed is collecting 9 cobble. Photos attached, apologize for the aspect ratio lol

EDIT: Figured out I needed a compressed cobble on a hunch. The task is missing in the quest though, as pictured below.

Go to the second page. Right arrow to the right of "Detect/Submit"
Try if that works.
