Autocrafter causes server crash in Modern Skyblock 3

Describe the bug
We are playing Modern Skyblock 3. I am trying to automate Quantum Solar Panels using Autocrafters, Electric Furnace, Grinder and Compressor from TechReborn in combination with Vanilla Hoppers.

To Reproduce
I have not figured out the exact reason, but here is what I think could trigger the bug.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Build a system that crafts an Advanced Machine Frame from ingot-ingredients
Configure Tech Reborn Machines to input/output

The latest crash seems to be related to autocrafting mixed metal using formerely locked items with TR.

We also needed to cheat in a couple of items as they were unreachable and manually add stages for at least one player as they were broken (went missing after a while).
