[Bug]: EMI recipe tree quantities are sometimes drawn underneath the icon

Issue Summary

In certain EMI recipe trees, the number of items needed are drawn underneath their corresponding item icons.

From the testing I've done, it seems like it only occurs when a child recipe in the tree uses a GT machine.

I was able to track this behavior all the way back to commit 2ab89f9, where GTm was updated to 1.6.1.

Reproduction steps

1. Open a recipe tree. In my case I used an Advanced Assembler.
2. Expand a child recipe out that uses a GT machine. In the example picture I used the Assembler recipe for 1x Copper Cable.

I just found that is a known issue in the CEu Modern repo.

Not sure if I should leave the issue open here, so I'll leave that to maintainers.
