[Bug]: T8.5 MM mission issue

Issue Summary

T8.5 MM can only be run through the hyperbolic projector, despite being available much earlier than hyperbolic projector. Additionally, the T8.5 miner data for dulysite is run through the hyperbolic projector to make it, NOT the actualizer, whereas the miner data for darmstadite is run through the actualizer.

The stabilized T8.5 does go through the advanced II projector, which I imagine is intended for the non-stab versions.
