[Bug]: Ad Astra Space Suit not fillable from Ad Astra Oxygen Loader

Issue Summary

The Ad Astra Space Suit is not able to be filled by the Ad Astra Oxygen Loader.

The Oxygen Loader requires you to load it with GregTech Oxygen which it then converts to Ad Astra Oxygen(?). You can then use this to load Ad Astra Gas Tanks but not the Ad Astra Space Suit.

To load the Ad Astra Space Suit you must use a Canner loaded with GregTech Oxygen.

Reproduction steps

1. Get Space Suit
2. Place in Oxygen Loader
3. ???
4. Not profit

Huh I just did that yesterday using the oxygen loader - it needs power and I inserted GT oxygen with an AE2 export bus - then I just stuffed the space suit in there.

I also noticed that it wouldn't accept water via cell or bucket, whereas in its normal use it should convert water to oxygen using power.

I can confirm that it has power and fills tanks, it just wouldn't fill the suit. I also couldn't use the oxygen it produced to fill the suit via a canner, but I could use regular Gregtech oxygen to fill the suit in the canner.

Issue initially noticed in version 0.11.1 but also occuring in 0.11.3.
