Issue Summary

Hyperdegenerate Matter cannot be crafted in Helical Fusion Reactor.

The issue is that Hypedgenerate Matter is a UEV recipe, but the Helical Fusion Reactor is a UHV machine.

Reproduction steps

Construct a Helical Fusion Reactor with a MAX energy hatch (and power).
Put Americium Plasma and Purified Superheavy Atomic Residue in hathces.
Observe that nothing happens.
