With "file manager", do you mean the queue or the "open image" dialog?

Answering an "x or y" question with "yes" is kind of useless ;)
In case you meant the queue, I added that today, but I don't know how hard it would be to make the image size adjustable.

ah ok, sorry for my english is not best, then that area of queue is not request, but my request is for file manager, when you open file for import file that is file manager, see example:

After a while of searching the internet it seems like it is pretty complicated to do this (I would have to implement my own "Open File" dialog from scratch). I don't think the benefit is worth that work here, since this application supports drag & drop from any filebrowser (even multiple images or whole folders).
Just set your system filebrowser to thumbnail mode and drag the images into the NormalmapGenerator.

ok.. this is not high priority, but good feature, maybe in future ok?

maybe QT have feature thumbnails like as dolphin..you can to look inside dolphin code..?
for now is ok to use drag and drop
