Support for pagination in Reader API?

I can imagine some folks will end up with lots of content in Keystatic, and need to paginate over large lists.
At the moment users will have to do that themselves, but it would be useful to build that into the Reader API. Here's an example of what that might look like:

const page = parseInt(searchParams.page) || 0;

const posts = await reader.collections.posts.where({
  limit: PAGE_SIZE,
  offset: parseInt(page) * PAGE_SIZE,
