[Bug]: Unable to scan community posts #1110

Duplicate Issues

  • There are no existing posts relating to my problem
  • There are existing posts relating to my problem, but the solution given, doesn't work for me.

What happened?

Spammer Purge can't scan community posts at all.

Release version

2.18.0-Beta3

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the program.
  2. Select either of options 4 or 5 to scan.
  3. Enter community post links or channel links.
  4. Watch the program fail to scan community posts because it thinks there are no comments to scan, even when there clearly are.

What platform are you seeing this problem on?

Windows (.exe file)

Relevant log output

No response

seems youtube introduced blocking of html requests to stop spammers posting, so same problem, but on the other hand - should prevent some bot postings, still no news on youtube api for community posts
