Ability to categorize and filter decklists by tournament format

The primary use case is to easily filter Joust from Melee decks. But why stop there?
Other formats that should be included are (in no particular order)

• W.A.R.
• Car and Driver
• Two-headed Giant
• Kingsmoot
• Great Hall
• Rookery
• Trial of Three
• Highlander

Any common format that can specifically be built for.
Multiple options may apply, e.g. Joust and W.A.R., so this need to be multi-choice in the decklist publishing form as well as in the decklist search.

Out of scope are additional validation rules in the deck-builder.

Things to consider:

• how to represent multi-choice. Checkboxes, Multi-select dropdown or something else?
• are there any other formats that should be included at this point
• in what order should these be options be displayed?
• what is the verbiage on the label for this group of options?
