Add back button to signup complete view

After signing up to an event, it takes you a page that tells you that the signup is complete. However, there is no way to directly get back to the event page because the back button takes the user to the previously completed signup form.

DoD: Add a button, eg. "Back to event", that takes you back to the event page after signing up
