macros 1.1 derive implementation

A (fairly long) while ago I was in SF and I think I told you I would make you a derive plugin for this crate. I may have forgotten until now, but I threw one together based on macros 1.1 :)

I don't have much time to maintain crates like this anymore, and I don't have any involvement with abomonation, though this crate is still under my name both on GitHub and crates.io.

I'd like to suggest moving ownership of the abomonation_derive crate over to the maintainers of abomonation (@frankmcsherry?) both on crates.io and GitHub. It may also be worthwhile to move it into the abomonation tree so it can be updated alongside the base crate.
