The Android application to bring fortune on Linux to Android
The project on developing an Android application. In Linux system, there is an application name fortune. The users use the application in the terminal. When the user type “fortune”, the application will produce a short quotation randomly selected from the database. Read more about it in here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fortune_(Unix)
The Fortune Android application will mimic the behavior of fortune. The application will generate the string of quotation on the screen when user tap “Fortune” button. In addition, the users can filter the topic for the quotations, using the menu on the upper right conner.
