User feedback when Uploading with Filesystem #37

Some (potential) issues should be fed back to the User when uploading:

If the user doesn't select a Directory (just clicks Ok), the upload will fail with no feedback.
Uploads can overwrite existing files (if names match) with no warning / confirmation message.
