Storing online documentation in doc classes with GDExtension is not supported yet.

Akien is working on a PR to allow it. godotengine/godot#75415

In the meantime, we can document the api in the Wiki #44

Doc classes are now built and can be updated with the migration to readthedocs in e37bd19. Track all documentation updates in #44
