Parsl execution reports and plots
Command line tools for analyzing the Parsl monitoring.db and producing a variety of summary reports and plots. Currently, there is but a single script in this package, wstat.py (workflow status), which does everything.
Current python package dependencies: sqlite3, tabulate, pandas, matplotlib
As of 4/2021, the current tool is called "wstat2.py"; further helpl is available via
$ python wstat2.py -h
