Description

Using the current installation instructions in CIL's README fails on windows.

This is because the windows binaries have not yet been built and released. There are various issues with the combination of CIL and tigre + ccpi_regularisers which needs resolving.

When trying to install on windows the following error is displayed due to the package not existing:

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:
cil=24.1.0*
