Description

I would like to put forth the request of a right click option to reset the goal back to an "incomplete" state.

This idea came about after switching to the PVP Arena world and many of my skilling goals auto-completing, causing me to remove and recreate nearly all of my leveling goals.

Another, more "feature-rich" option, would be to track character-specific goals and world-specific goals. That would greatly increase the scope of the change though.
