When setting a parameter at the scenario level, attempting to save the scenario throws and error.
Issue #239 might be related

version 6.1.02
Java 1.8.0_45
Win8.1x64

Steps to reproduce:

Add building block to scenario
Add input to building-block that uses scenario value ${scenario:testVariable}
Set the value in the scenario parameters (ex: test_value_string)
Attempt to save the scenario (error pops up)
