test new app summoning of ionic:

  • inside app.tsx, gut the old bootstrap render function and dump it somewhere else
  • follow steps to render a brand new ionic app

key objectives:

  • show listitem full of items
  • show items populated from events.csv
  • show tags related to items

item details and bookmarking are to be tackled in follow on issues
