[EventWar] Suggestion: Subtitles on Plot HP loss.

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

Players losing point in their plots have a tough time getting notified. The chat gets ignored, can you add an option that will give a player a subtitle when their
Plot is lost
plot is 50%
And maybe some way to detail which direction the plot is North East NE, SW, N* etc
