支持1.21.3求求
Support 1.21.3 plzz

自己fork了一下发现的问题：
1、taboolib删除了FileWatcher类的hasListener方法，因此Loader.kt中loadChannels()函数需要改
2、1.21.3的bukkit api从Enum Class Sound改成了Interface Sound，所以taboolib中BukkitPlayer.kt关于播放声音使用Sound.valueOf(sound)的写法如果要支持1.21.3的话需要改动（不是trchat的问题咯总之）
