I don't think there's a clever solution to this apart from hunting down each one individually, but there might be a clever way to search for this at scale, either by looking for the same ID occurring in multiple compendia (which does occur) or looking for the same preferred label across multiple compendia (which will generate a lot of false positives, but might be useful).
