Many diseases resolving poorly #174

I have been doing QC on a therapeutic indications list product and physicians are finding some consistent issues mapping strings to diseases:

diseases beginning with "acute" indiscriminately mapped to "acute myeloid leukaemia"
"Hypertension" being mapped to "portal hypertension"
Many diseases containing "skin" mapped to "skin carcinoma in situ"

Just wanted to provide these examples!
