Add SporeStack to cloudomate #79

Before I make a complete mess of #55, I figured I'd open this one up.

Got cloudomate forked and trying to run tests. Looks like Electrum needs Python 3.6.1, so I will need to update to Debian 10 first.

Hopefully sooner than later.
