(Bug report) Wiki refers to trillium.cc for 3rd party hosting, which is no longer actively maintained by Zadam. #497

Description

Hello,
whilst browsing the trillium wiki, on the quick start page, I noticed that the 3rd party hosting referred to trillium.cc, Zadam's hosting service, that he has stopped actively working on. Parts of the website, notably the contact page, are broken. Oh, and the warning symbol is broken, there are %% icons around it.
This issue pertains exclusively to the wiki, and nothing is being reported concerning the program or the server program.

I'm already tracking that here
The %%{WARNING}%% token was introduced for links to old stuff, mainly zadams, that we need to remove or update in the initial-review branch for the first iteration of the wiki rewrite.

Progress has been extremely slow as I have tough deadlines to hit at work and most other contributors disappeared.

I'll get this fixed as soon as I can.
