Error: Method Not Allowed

I am having trouble getting npm install to complete without error hoping to get some help here. Seem to have gotten about as far as i can with Google's help, and i am pretty clueless about this building stuff.
So far i have done
pkgin update
pkgin upgrade
pkgin install gmake
pkgin install build-essential
that got a bunch of the errors to go away but now i am stuck and cannot get past the ones below

Anyways here is the details/errors
