This function solves the problem (这个功能解决的问题)

切换标签之前，可以处理一些业务逻辑，来决定是否切换

Expected API (期望的 API)

before-leave属性，若返回 false 或者返回 Promise 且被 reject，则阻止切换，类型：Function(activeName, oldActiveName) （参考element-ui）
